China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CTC Jiangsu Company") is a subsidiary of China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. under China National Building Materials Group, and a key enterprise of the Engineering Business Division of CTC. CTC Jiangsu Company is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Jiangsu Provincial Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME, and a Suzhou Green Building Materials Testing Engineering Technology Research Center. It has received honors including AAA-level Credit Institution for Construction Engineering Quality Testing from the China Construction Industry Association, National Inspection and Testing Industry Integrity Demonstration Unit, National Inspection and Testing Industry Advanced Unit, China Top 100 Innovative Demonstration Testing Unit, "Excellent Unit" of the Jiangsu Construction Engineering Quality Testing Industry, and A-level Credit Rating for Suzhou Engineering Quality Testing Institutions. It has led or participated in the development of 15 national, local, and industry standards, and has been granted over 60 patents (including 18 invention patents).

Qualifications

CTC Jiangsu Company has obtained CMA qualification for inspection and testing bodies, as well as laboratory and inspection body accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It holds all nine special qualifications for construction engineering quality testing, Class B engineering survey qualification, Class B surveying and mapping qualification, Class B lightning protection device testing qualification, and Class C highway engineering qualification. It is included in the lists of civil air defense engineering protection equipment testing institutions, social fire technical service institutions, Jiangsu Provincial People's Court judicial appraisal institutions, and building safety appraisal institutions.

Business Scope

Technical services including quality testing, surveying and mapping, monitoring, lightning protection, appraisal, evaluation, and preservation related to construction engineering, municipal highway engineering, bridge and tunnel engineering, rail transit engineering, railway engineering, and airport engineering, providing full-lifecycle inspection and testing services for engineering construction.

Service Cases

CTC Jiangsu Company has been deeply engaged in the field of engineering testing and appraisal. It has successively undertaken testing services for major projects such as Suzhou Rail Transit civil and MEP renovation projects, Suzhou Olympic Sports Center, Suzhou International Expo Center, Suzhou Amusement Land Forest World, Suzhou Center Municipal Project, Suzhou Zhonghuan Expressway, as well as major projects in Taizhou, Nantong, Xuzhou, Wuxi, and Huzhou (Zhejiang). For overseas Belt and Road projects, it has performed testing tasks on the 6200 TPD cement production line in Akhangaran, Uzbekistan, the laboratory for the 6200 TPD×2 cement production line in Relizane, Algeria, and the 3000 TPD cement production line (second line) of STG in Algeria.
