Service Contents

1.  On-Site Inspection and Risk Identification (Core): Conduct in-depth on-site inspections of the enterprise to identify all environmental risk units (such as storage tank areas, hazardous chemical warehouses, production units, wastewater treatment stations, emergency containment basins, etc.).

2.  Environmental Risk Source Assessment: Assess the quantity of hazardous substances, the types of potential incidents (leakage, fire, explosion, etc.), and the severity of their consequences.

3.  Emergency Resource Survey: Take inventory of the enterprise’s existing emergency supplies (leak sealing equipment, oil absorbent pads, sand, cofferdams, personal protective equipment, etc.), emergency response teams, and external mutual aid resources (fire department, environmental protection bureau, hospitals, etc.).

4.  Plan Document Preparation: Prepare a complete plan document in accordance with national standards such as the “Guidelines for the Preparation of Emergency Response Plans for Environmental Incidents”.
