Equipment R&D and Sales

The National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Cement (hereinafter referred to as the Center), affiliated with China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd., is one of the first batch of national-level product quality supervision and inspection agencies authorized by the former State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision in 1987. It is the highest traceability unit for cement quality testing and the only cement quality inspection institution in China qualified for value traceability and value transfer with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

Focusing on product quality evaluation throughout the entire cement production process and leveraging existing product testing methods, the Center has developed 4 major categories of testing equipment, totaling 35 types. It provides cement production enterprises, quality inspection institutions, research institutes, and third-party testing laboratories with testing and analysis capabilities covering the entire process from raw materials, semi-finished products (raw meal, clinker), finished cement, to auxiliary materials, ensuring product quality complies with national standards, optimizing production processes, and reducing energy consumption and costs.

The Center has extensive experience in the construction and consulting of cement enterprise laboratories. It can develop planning schemes based on factors such as industry technology development trends and laboratory functional requirements, providing one-stop services for the construction of cement enterprise laboratories. In terms of digital construction, the Center has developed digital transformation equipment and a software and hardware system integrating data transmission, integration, and control, strengthening the construction of enterprise digital laboratories, empowering cement enterprises, and realizing digital transformation of the industry.
