China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. (CTC, Stock Code 603060) originated from the testing and certification business of China Building Materials Academy in the 1950s. After 70 years of unremitting efforts and persistent pursuit, the company has formed five business categories: detection and testing, certification and evaluation, testing instruments and intelligent manufacturing, measurement and calibration, scientific research and technical services, committed to providing customers with technical services and comprehensive solutions of detection and testing, certification and evaluation, appraisal, consultation, training, and instruments and equipment in fields of quality, environmental protection, green, safety, health, and energy conservation.

Carbon-based composites are a class of high-performance composite materials reinforced with carbon fibers and using a carbon-based matrix. The development of these materials began in the 1950s, driven by the urgent demand in the aerospace field for ultra-high temperature resistant, ablation-resistant materials. The most typical representative is carbon/carbon composites (C/C composites). Carbon-based composites can withstand temperatures exceeding 2000°C in inert atmospheres, making them among the most heat-resistant materials known. Currently, the global market for carbon-based composites is experiencing rapid growth, with application scenarios continuously expanding from high-end sectors such as aerospace into civilian areas. China’s carbon-based composite industry has developed rapidly in recent years, achieving self-sufficiency and control over high-performance C/C composites, which are widely used in aerospace, new energy, semiconductors, and other fields.
Our department, backed by the profound scientific research heritage of the China Building Materials Academy and CTC, has long undertaken major national research projects and remains at the forefront of materials technology development. For clients’ specific requirements and the new material system of carbon-based composites, we possess robust capabilities in standard testing and the development of non-standard test methods. We can customize test plans to address industry pain points such as “unable to test” or “inaccurate testing.”
