Training on Safety Production Knowledge and Management Ability for Main Responsible Persons and Safety Production Management Personnel of Enterprises

Target Audience: Principal responsible persons of group member enterprises, responsible persons in charge of production and operation, responsible persons in charge of work safety, heads of production management departments, heads of work safety departments, and work safety management personnel. Also includes work safety leaders at all management levels and full-time/part-time work safety management personnel.

(I) Initial Training Personnel (32 class hours): Those whose qualification certificates have expired, and newly appointed principal responsible persons, responsible persons in charge, and work safety management personnel.

(II) Refresher Training Personnel (12 class hours): Principal responsible persons, responsible persons in charge, and work safety management personnel who have already participated in work safety training and obtained qualification certificates.

Service Standards

Training Requirements:

Article 27: The principal responsible persons and work safety management personnel of production and business units must possess work safety knowledge and management capability corresponding to their production and business activities.

For units engaged in the production, operation, storage, and handling of hazardous materials, as well as mines, metal smelting, construction, and transportation, the principal responsible persons and work safety management personnel shall have their work safety knowledge and management capability assessed and certified by the competent department responsible for work safety supervision and administration. Such assessments shall be free of charge. – From the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China
