Zhu has served successively as Technician, Director, Deputy Director, and Director of Beijing Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Station; Deputy Dean of Beijing Building Materials Science Research Institute; Deputy Director of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Division, and Director of the Product Quality Supervision Division of Beijing Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision; and Deputy General Manager, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, and General Manager of CTC. Zhu has served as a Director of CTC since February 2021, as Party Committee Secretary of CTC since September 2022, and as Chairman of CTC since April 2023.
