In March 2021, the "Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035" listed the construction of child-friendly cities as a major project.

In September 2021, the State Council issued the "China National Program for Child Development (2021–2030)", emphasizing respect for children's status as subjects and the creation of a social environment conducive to children's participation.

In October 2021, 23 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Child-Friendly Cities" (Fa Gai She Hui [2021] No. 1380), proposing to advance the construction of child-friendly cities, integrate the high-quality development of children's causes into the overall economic and social development, and make child-friendliness a common concept, action, responsibility, and cause of the whole society.

As an active practitioner safeguarding the healthy growth of children, CTC took the lead in launching Child-Safe Product Certification in 2019, becoming one of the first domestic authoritative certification bodies focusing on the health of children's living environments.

We consistently adhere to the high line of standard requirements, applying stringent indicators far exceeding national mandatory standards to control product quality throughout the entire process from raw material sources to finished product delivery.
