China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. (CTC, Stock Code 603060) originated from the testing and certification business of China Building Materials Academy in the 1950s. After 70 years of unremitting efforts and persistent pursuit, the company has formed five business categories: detection and testing, certification and evaluation, testing instruments and intelligent manufacturing, measurement and calibration, scientific research and technical services, committed to providing customers with technical services and comprehensive solutions of detection and testing, certification and evaluation, appraisal, consultation, training, and instruments and equipment in fields of quality, environmental protection, green, safety, health, and energy conservation.

Focusing on pollution traceability, particularly for heavy metals, this service involves investigating and monitoring the input and output factors affecting the soil environmental quality of cultivated land. It aims to identify the causes of pollution requiring management, including pollution sources and pathways. Fully utilizing the findings of the cause analysis, targeted measures are implemented based on the identified pollution sources and pathways. These measures include source control and cutting off the chain of pollutants entering farmland, with the goal of significantly reducing the input of heavy metals into cultivated land soil. An evaluation of the effectiveness of these measures is also conducted.

1. Data Collection and Preliminary Analysis: Systematically collect background data on the project area’s natural resources, historical survey and monitoring data, information on potential pollution sources (including distribution of industrial/mining enterprises, use of agricultural inputs, history of wastewater irrigation, etc.), and other relevant background information. Integrate and analyze this data to preliminarily identify the types, distribution characteristics, and potential impact pathways of major pollution sources in the area, providing direction and focus for subsequent fieldwork.
2. Field Investigation and Qualitative Confirmation: Based on preliminary analysis, conduct on-site field investigations. Through interviews with management authorities, local residents, and industry experts, verify and validate the results of the data analysis. Clarify pollution migration pathways and make qualitative judgments regarding the causes of pollution (e.g., atmospheric deposition, input via irrigation water, agricultural activities, etc.).
3. Accurate Traceability and Source Prevention: Employ advanced detection technologies and source apportionment methods for quantitative traceability to lock in key pollution sources. Based on traceability results, take targeted source prevention measures such as eliminating or controlling identified existing pollution sources.
4. Re-monitoring and Effectiveness Evaluation: After implementing source prevention measures, develop a follow-up monitoring plan adhering to the principle of “local adaptation.” Conduct “re-investigation and re-monitoring” to scientifically evaluate the actual effectiveness of the source prevention measures, providing a basis for dynamically adjusting management strategies and achieving long-term remediation.
Authoritative Qualification: Possesses industry-recognized qualifications such as CMA and CNAS; reports are recognized by multiple departments.
National Service Network Coverage: Leveraging the network of subsidiaries across 12 provinces, it can respond quickly to client needs, carry out work locally, and ensure efficient project execution.
Diversified Services: Provides full lifecycle technical services from cultivated land quality survey, monitoring, risk assessment, and risk assessment to remediation/restoration plans, meeting clients’ diverse needs.
Extensive Service Experience: Possesses profound expertise and solid practical experience in both environmental and agricultural fields, enabling the provision of professional and reliable solutions for soil pollution traceability.
