Dry-hanging Hollow Ceramic Panel Testing

Dry-hanging large ceramic panels, also known as terracotta panels or simply terracotta, are made primarily from natural clay as the main raw material, with feldspar and quartz added. They are formed by extrusion and then fired at a high temperature of 1200°C. The main difference between these and ordinary ceramic tiles is that they are not installed using cement grout, but rather fixed to walls using special metal (e.g., stainless steel) support structures.

The company has established the largest building ceramic testing center in Northwest China, covering an area of 3,000 m². It holds comprehensive qualifications for GB/T 4100-2015, ISO 13006, EN 14411, and other standards, issuing over 4,000 ceramic tile test reports annually. The National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Building and Sanitary Ceramics provides enterprises with customized testing services, one-stop inspection, certification, and technical guidance.
