CTC (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Company) is a holding subsidiary of China Testing & Certification International Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CTC), a subsidiary of Fortune Global 500 enterprise China National Building Materials Group. CTC was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in November 2016 with stock code 603060 and stock name CTC. Guangdong Company was established in September 2003 and is located in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, Luogang District, Guangzhou. With a registered capital of RMB 50 million and over 4,500 square meters of fixed office and laboratory space, it is a professional testing institution with independent legal entity status, registered and approved by the Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce.

CTC is one of the key domestic and international inspection and certification enterprises introduced to China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. As a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group, CTC was established by integrating 16 national and industry-level quality inspection and certification centers, making it the largest third-party inspection and certification institution with independent legal entity status in the field of building materials inspection and certification in China. CTC has built five major business platforms: testing, certification, instrument R&D, extended services, and safety evaluation, and is committed to becoming the national standard development center for building materials, the research center for testing methods, the authoritative evaluation center for building materials quality, and the arbitration center.

Guangdong Company serves as the fundraising vehicle for the CTC South China Inspection and Certification Base. The company holds a construction engineering quality testing qualification certificate issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and has passed the metrological accreditation of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Quality and Technical Supervision. The company operates in four specialized areas of construction engineering: building materials and components, main structure and decoration, foundation engineering, and building energy efficiency. All testing personnel hold qualification certificates issued by relevant authorities in Guangdong Province or at the national ministerial level.
