Chen has held positions including Office Director of the Glass Science Research Institute at China Building Materials Academy, Director of the Quality Management Department, Director of the Technical Quality Department at CTC, Assistant to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, as well as Director of the Science and Technology Development Department and Deputy Chief Engineer at China Building Materials Academy. Chen has served as a Member of the Party Committee of CTC since September 2017, as a Director of CTC since April 2020, as Deputy Party Committee Secretary of CTC since August 2022, and as General Manager of CTC since April 2023. Chen also serves as Chairman of CTC Chongqing Testing Co., Ltd., and holds concurrent positions including Vice Chairman of the China Association for Standardization, Vice Chairman of the Electronic Glass Branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society, and Vice President of the China Inspection and Testing Society.

Zhang also served as Director of the President’s Office and General Counsel at China Building Materials Academy, as well as Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee at Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Party Committee Member and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee at CTC. Zhang has served as a Party Committee Member of CTC since 2022, and as Deputy General Manager, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of CTC since April 2025.

Yang has held positions including Accountant in the Finance and Assets Department at China Building Materials Academy, and has served successively as Deputy Director, Director of the Finance and Accounting Center, and Director of the Finance and Assets Department. Yang also served as Deputy Chief Accountant at China Building Materials Academy, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of China Building Materials Academy Beijing Branch, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CTC. Yang has served as Chief Financial Officer of CTC since July 2024, and concurrently serves as Supervisor of Xiamen Aisuo Standard Sand Co., Ltd.

Song has held positions including Manager of the Enterprise Management Department and Manager of the Investment Development Department at China Non-metallic Minerals Industry Co., Ltd.; Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Deputy Director of the General Office, Deputy Director of the Party and Mass Work Department, and Deputy Director (in charge) of the Corporate Culture and Publicity Department (with department-head level benefits) at Sinoma Group Co., Ltd.; and Deputy Research Inspector (on secondment) at the Publicity Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). Song also served as Director of the Party and Mass Work Department and Deputy Chairman of the Labor Union at Sinoma Co., Ltd. Song has served as Deputy General Manager, Board Secretary, and General Counsel of CTC since September 2018, and as a Party Committee Member of CTC since September 2022. Song also serves as Chairman of CTC Testing Holding Group (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., and concurrently holds the position of Executive Deputy Chairman of the Metal Composite Materials Branch of China Building Materials Federation.

Zhang has served as Director of the Technical Quality Department at CTC, and as Dean of the Cement Testing and Certification Institute (Director of the National Cement Quality Supervision and Inspection Center). Zhang has served as Deputy General Manager of CTC since July 2021, and as a Party Committee Member of CTC since September 2022. Zhang also serves as Director of Xiamen Aisuo Standard Sand Co., Ltd., and concurrently holds the position of Vice Chairman of the First Council of the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of the China Cement Association.

Zhang has served as Assistant to the Director of the Business Department at CTC, Assistant to the General Manager of the Construction Engineering Materials Division, General Manager of the Market Operations Center, and General Manager of CTC Anhui Company. Zhang has served as Deputy General Manager of CTC since July 2021. Zhang also serves as a Director of the Beijing Association for Quality Inspection of Construction Engineering and Appraisal of Building Safety, as Member and Secretary-General of the Subcommittee on Radiation Protection Materials and Products under the Comprehensive Standardization Technical Committee for Building Materials Industry, and as Vice Chairman of the Second Council of the Natural Radiation Protection Branch of the Chinese Society for Radiation Protection.
